With the advent of Internet, email has become an integral part of any organization's activities. With the volume of email growing day by day, the need for easy email accessibility has been felt. aMAIL is very helpful in this. No special software or settings are required at the user's node/computer. The aMAIL server software is only installed on the main mail server. This is very similar to any web based email like Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.

  Users can remotely create/delete mailboxes using aMAIL's IMAP support. This feature enables them to segregate their email messages into multiple folders and sub-folders on the server itself.

• Unlimited Internal Users
  
  aMAIL server software can support virtually unlimited number of users on a single server.

• Attachments
  
  Allows Text and/or Binary file(s) to be attached with an email message and sent/received. This helps in sending word, excel, pdf, etc documents to be sent via email.

aMAIL System Requirements (recommended)

Server:

• Intel Pentium-II & above or compatible.
• An internet standard compliant email server supporting IMAP/POP3/SMTP (our mailGATE email server is recommended)
• Network Interface Card installed for LAN.
• Minimum 200 MB Disk space (for a 20-25 users system).
• 64 MB or above memory.
• DialUp / leased line / ISDN / wireless connection to the Internet.

Clients:

Any internet/TCPIP capable client like Windows 9x/NT/XP/2000, Apple Mac, QNX, Linux, etc. connected to the LAN with a standard javascript enabled browser (like Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc).
