Any one who has had or is having problems with his/her supplier regarding any part/component of her/his computer system can put up the details in this page via the submit form or email the details. And we'll also try to contact the supplier with your problem.
The idea being that if we, the users, get together and petition the vendors then we might be able to get our problems resolved.

Recently one of us had a very bad experiance which made us realise the plight of other users in similar situation. The computer suppliers ignore a single machine user because they think that there will be no future orders...so WHY BOTHER!!!... Further they assume that the user cannot retaliate. But they forget that a single computer user has more at stake than a, let's say, corporate user. (S)he has paid hard earned money for his/her computer whereas a corporate user can gets depreciation, tax benefits, etc. on his investment.
Just because you don't have the financial power to take on the erring suppliers does not mean that you can take the insult and the loss lying down. So let's get together through this page and show them our combined might...
Also we plan to upload information regarding some common hardware/software currently available in India - the pros & cons, price, what to buy & not buy, technical details (which the sales person usually and casually forgets to mention), etc.
